Before a date ever reaches a carton, it hangs on a real tree, on real ground, in Jiroft. This is that part of the story.
Every trust signal on our site so far has shown you what happens after harvest — sorted, oiled, boxed, loaded. This is what happens before that.
Dates ripening directly on the palm, Jiroft — unedited, straight from our own grove.
Our facility sits in Jiroft's 2nd Industrial Town, but the story starts further back than the loading dock — in the groves themselves, where each cluster ripens from green to red to the deep, ready color a buyer expects on arrival. We source directly from local growers in this region, the epicenter of Iranian date production, which is also why we can show you the tree and not just the truck.
What you're looking at above is real fruit, still on the branch, filmed on our own ground — not stock footage, and not a single carefully-staged box. It's the same honesty behind every other "Proof, Not Promises" photo and clip on this site.
Jiroft's ground has been yielding harvests for far longer than any trade route has existed.
Our groves sit in the Halil Rud valley — the same ground where, in 2001, archaeologists uncovered the remains of a Bronze Age civilization dating back roughly 5,000 years, one some researchers argue rivaled Mesopotamia itself. Date-palm orchards have long been described as part of this valley's landscape, stretching back well before Jiroft was ever a name on an export manifest.
We're not claiming an unbroken line back to the Bronze Age — no one honestly can. But it's a useful reminder of what "terroir" actually means here: this isn't newly cleared farmland. It's some of the oldest continuously worked ground in the world, and it's where every date we ship starts.
A single farm shot only tells half the story — here's what harvest looks like at volume.
Freshly sorted dates, crated and ready for the next stage of processing.
Each variety has its own dedicated proof gallery — loading photos, packing video, and where available, harvest footage.
We host buyer visits in person at our facility in Jiroft, and offer live video walkthroughs of the orchard, sorting line, and cold storage via WhatsApp — whichever works for you before you commit to anything.
