Ordering Guide

How to Buy
& Ship from Iran

A plain, step-by-step look at how ordering actually works β€” from first message to a loaded container at your destination port.

Home/How to Buy & Ship

Ordering dates from an Iranian supplier for the first time raises real questions β€” how payment actually works, what terms are on offer, and how long it takes from order to a loaded container. This page walks through the process itself, step by step, using only what's actually confirmed and current. Anything we haven't nailed down yet, we simply don't list here β€” you'll always get the real answer directly, not a guess.

What Can Go Wrong β€” And How We Reduce It

Real risks in international trade, named plainly rather than glossed over.

Payment fraud / impersonation. We will never ask you to change bank details by email alone. Always confirm payment instructions directly via WhatsApp at +98 910 148 1059 before wiring any funds.
Ramadan capacity crunch. Ramadan shifts about 10–11 days earlier each year on the Gregorian calendar, so its timing relative to our August–October harvest season changes year to year too. Demand concentrates sharply in the weeks before it β€” place your order at least 2 months ahead to avoid being caught in the seasonal crunch.
Sample-to-shipment variance. Dates are a natural product β€” some harvest-to-harvest variation is normal. For a large order, ask for current-batch photos rather than relying only on older sample images. Every container is loaded under camera, sealed, and documented β€” if arrival quality genuinely deviates from the agreed spec, we resolve it through either replacement in your next shipment or a negotiated settlement, depending on the situation.
Cold-chain interruption. High-moisture varieties like Mazafati/Kimia depend on a reefer container holding 0–4Β°C. We pack to that standard and can provide loading documentation on request β€” ask your forwarder about temperature logging for your specific route.
Payment-channel timing. International transfers can take longer than expected depending on your bank and route. Build a buffer into your timeline, especially for a first order.
